Membership Terms & Conditions Disclosure By enrolling in any Emet Plumbing Services Membership Plan, the customer agrees to a minimum commitment period of six (6) months. Early Cancellation: If the membership is cancelled before completing the 6-month commitment, the customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the 6-month term, based on their selected plan. The cancellation fees are as follows: Essential Plan: $120 Premium Plan: $240 Elite Plan: $360 EMET Plan: $600 A $25 processing fee will also apply to all early cancellations. Memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial term, unless cancelled by the customer with at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. By enrolling, the customer acknowledges they have read and agreed to these terms and understands their responsibilities under the membership agreement.
